- To prepare this dish you will need:
- - 1 kg of fish with skin;
- - 300 gr sour cream;
- - 200 ml of fish broth;
- - 150 g fresh grated coconut (coconut flakes);
- - 100 ml of sweet red wine;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 4 onions;
- - 2 tbsp. curry spoons;
- - 2 apples;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - thyme, bay leaf, black pepper, salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into 6 portions. Dip the fish in the coconut and curry mixture. Salt, pepper and put in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce. To do this, cut the onion and fruit into small cubes, add the remaining coconut, tomato slices and simmer with 1 tablespoon of butter for 7-10 minutes. Pour in wine and broth, add chopped garlic, thyme, bay leaf, simmer for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in sour cream, remove bay leaves and thyme sprigs. Beat with a mixer and strain. Store the prepared sauce in a warm place until serving.
Step 3
Fry the fish in oil on both sides (about 5 minutes), put on plates, pour over the sauce. Serve hot.
