It is necessary
- - 650 g of potatoes;
- - 150 g of red lentils;
- - 1 PC. chili peppers;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - a bunch of cilantro (can be replaced with parsley);
- - 1 egg;
- - ginger root;
- - 1/4 tsp nutmeg;
- - 50 g flour;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in their skins. Let cool, peel and puree. Cook the lentils as directed on the package.
Step 2
Remove the seeds in the chili and chop finely. Rinse cilantro and onion and chop finely. Add lentils, onion with cilantro and pepper in mashed potatoes, mix everything thoroughly. Beat in an egg and season to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Add a little flour, mix everything again. You can start making cutlets. Preheat a skillet with butter and, after rolling your patties in flour, you can begin to fry them over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, until the patties begin to acquire a golden color.
Step 4
Put the finished vegetable cutlets on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed into it. The dish is ready to eat.
