It is necessary

  • - turkey fillet - 400 g
  • - onion - 1 head
  • - garlic - 3 cloves
  • - cheese (hard) - 100 g
  • -tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • - milk - 50 ml.
  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • - oil (vegetable) mayonnaise - 50 - 100 ml.
  • -spices - optional
  • -salt pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the turkey fillet well in running cold water, remove the film. Cut in half lengthways to make two fillet halves. Cut each half into 3 more pieces, they should not be very large.

Step 2

Beat the fillets with a hammer so that the meat does not burst when beating, you can put it in a bag or wrap it with cling film. Season with salt, pepper and rub with any spices.

Step 3

Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel and chop the onion (it is best to cut into half rings). Wash the tomatoes and cut them into rings or half rings.

Step 4

Wash and break the eggs in a deep container, beat, salt, add milk, beat well again. Dip each fillet in an egg and milk and place on a baking sheet. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and put a little on the turkey fillet (you can just grate each piece of fillet with garlic).

Step 5

Put the onion on top of the fillet, then the tomato. Squeeze some mayonnaise on top and spread with a spoon over the entire surface of the tomato. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cover the baking sheet with foil on top to prevent the cheese from burning. Preheat the oven to 180C and place a baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove the foil 10-15 minutes before cooking so that the cheese can acquire an amber-golden crust.
