Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 750 g;
  • Fresh lemon - 1 fruit;
  • Tomato puree - 25 g;
  • Sour cream - 25 g;
  • Young onions, green feathers can be - 25 g;
  • Any fresh greens - 25 g;
  • Ginger root;
  • Sweet cream butter - 20 g;
  • Tomatoes - 150 g;
  • Seasonings, pepper, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the turkey fillet, cleanly washed and dried with a paper towel, into medium-sized even portioned pieces, season with spices and carefully transfer them to a pre-lined metal foil.
  2. Put a small square of butter on each prepared piece.
  3. Wash the lemon. Cut into small thin slices, without peeling off the peel, but pulling out all the bones. Put a lemon circle on each piece of turkey.
  4. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Put on the meat. Rinse and chop young onions (green feathers can be used) and fresh herbs. Sprinkle them over the top of the tomato. Chop the ginger root and add a small pinch to the herbs.
  5. Slowly beat the tomato puree and sour cream with seasonings, pepper and salt until smooth. Pour the prepared turkey on it.
  6. Wrap the turkey prepared for baking in foil so that the liquid formed inside does not flow out of it. Gently transfer the turkey foil to the prepared baking sheet. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 65 minutes.
  7. After this time, the turkey should be checked for readiness. Open a small piece in the middle, pierce it with a fork (as deep as possible). If the fork passes easily and the juice of the meat is clear, you can eat it. Otherwise, close the hole with foil again and bake the turkey for 10 minutes.

Serve the baked turkey on a platter without removing the foil. As a side dish, you can serve boiled rice (without vegetable additives), pasta, potatoes - at the choice of the hostess.
