Cheesecakes have long won the love of a large number of people. This dessert, despite its unusual name, is quite simple to make at home.
It is necessary
- • 220 g crackers (unsalted);
- • 450 g of curd cheese;
- • 15 g of gelatin;
- • 230 g cream (thick);
- • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- • 120 g butter (melted);
- • 170 g of icing sugar;
- • 400 g of ripe berries;
- • 250 g of fatty Greek yogurt;
- • 2 tablespoons of starch;
- • salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your crackers. To do this, they should be crushed with a blender, as a result, a very small crumb should form.
Step 2
In the crushed crackers, you need to put softened butter, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and also very little salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Take a round shape for the future dessert and transfer the resulting mixture into it. It must be carefully tamped in the form, while not forgetting to make sufficiently high sides.
Step 4
Then you need to prepare the gelatin. This should be done as described in the instructions on the package. The prepared gelatin should be mixed with the correct amount of Greek yogurt.
Step 5
Put the curd cheese into a deep cup and beat it with a mixer. After that, put in it the gelatin mixed with yogurt, vanillin, powdered sugar and add a little salt. Then beat the resulting mass again using a mixer.
Step 6
Gradually and very gently pour the cream into the whipped mass. This must be done very carefully so that the mass remains airy. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Transfer the resulting whipped mass to the prepared form. It needs to be leveled, and then the mold should be placed on the refrigerator shelf for at least 8 hours.
Step 8
Rinse the berries and transfer them to a deep saucepan. Then add granulated sugar and starch to them. Heat the mixture until it thickens. Pour the chilled cheesecake with the prepared berry mixture.
Step 9
After that, the dessert needs to be placed on the refrigerator shelf for another couple of hours. The berry cheesecake is ready.
