Despite the fact that the taste of grain bread is a little rough, this type of baking will bring tremendous benefits to the whole body, clearing it of nitrates and heavy metals. It is believed that grain bread is even healthier than bran bread. It also helps you lose weight.

- 3, 5 Art. warm water;
- 3 tbsp honey;
- 2 bags of yeast (7 grams per bag);
- 4 tbsp. bread flour;
- 3 tbsp. whole grain flour;
- 1 tbsp. germ flakes;
- 2 tbsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine warm water (water temperature 45-50 degrees), honey and yeast in a bowl. It is better to use yeast not marked "fast", but granular. Mix everything well. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine 3.5 cups bread flour, 3 cups whole grain flour, salt, and germ flakes. The flour must be sieved beforehand so that it is enriched with oxygen, and the bread is fluffy and airy.
Step 3
Make a depression in the middle of the slide with a mixture of flour, cereal and salt. Pour the yeast mixture gently inside. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula, gradually stirring in flour from the edges until all the mixture is combined.
Step 4
Sprinkle flour on the table. Put the dough from the bowl on the table and start kneading it, gradually adding the remaining 0.5 cups of flour. Knead for 10-15 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and stops sticking to your hands. Add more flour if necessary. Make sure that the dough remains very soft, i.e. don't overdo it with flour.
Step 5
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, cover with cling film. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, until the dough doubles in size.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate the bread pan with vegetable oil. Pound the dough, place on a floured table and divide into 2 equal parts. Form an oval from a piece of dough and roll it lengthwise. Place in a mold, seam down, cover with cling film. Do the same for the second piece of dough. Place the molds in a warm place for 30-45 minutes to rise the dough.
Step 7
Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes. Remove the molds from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, and transfer the bread to plates. Bon Appetit!
