Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut them in half, peel the onion and 2 cloves of garlic, crush the garlic a little with a knife. Pour 2 liters of water into a large saucepan, add vegetables, bring to a boil.

Cut the meat into several large pieces, put it in boiling water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over low heat until the meat is cooked under the lid.
Step 3
We take out the meat from the broth, let it cool slightly, cut into small pieces. Grind the beef using a blender. Strain the broth and put it aside.
Step 4
Squeeze the remaining garlic, chop the onion very finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the garlic and onion over low heat until a beautiful golden color.
Step 5
Cut the chicken liver in half, add to the pan, fry for 5-7 minutes, periodically turning the liver over.
Step 6
Let the liver and vegetables cool slightly, grind with a blender. Combine with beef, salt and pepper to taste, pour in a little broth, beat thoroughly again, adjusting the texture of the pate with the broth. Put the finished pate in a beautiful dish, decorate with grains of any pepper.
