Chicken liver pate, of course, can be bought at any store, which is very convenient. However, such a paste is likely to contain many harmful additives, dyes and flavor enhancers. But homemade pate is not only very tasty, but also a healthy dish.

- - 500 g of chicken liver;
- - 250 g of chicken hearts;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - 1 carrot;
- - dried dill;
- - salt, pepper and seasonings to taste.

Step 1
Rinse chicken liver thoroughly and check for green spots and gall bladder. This is very important, as bile can spoil a dish, giving it a bitter taste, an unpleasant odor, and an awful color.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken hearts, leaving layers of fat (they will make the pate softer and softer in taste).
Step 3
Put the chicken liver with hearts, chopped onion and carrots in large pieces into the multicooker bowl, set the "Stew" mode and set the cooking time to two hours. There should be enough liquid released from the by-products, but if it evaporates during the cooking process, then you will need to add a little boiled water to the bowl.
Step 4
Add black pepper, dried dill, salt and seasonings to taste 15 minutes before the end of the cooking program.
Step 5
After the sound signal, let the contents cool to room temperature, after which we beat everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The resulting pate is ready to eat.
