Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and let stand for 1 hour.

To prepare a biscuit, beat the eggs with sugar. Add flour and stir well.

Pour the dough, smooth well and place in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Add the rest of the sugar and the dissolved gelatin. Combine the protein and yolk mass and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator to thicken the soufflé a little.

Cut the baked sponge cake horizontally into two parts. Leave the bottom in the mold.
