  • a piece of ginger root;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 2, 5 glasses of water;
  • 1 glass of vinegar;
  • half a chili pepper;
  • 3-6 peas of black pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. l salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l sugar;
  • 2-3 clove buds.

Onions marinated in apple cider vinegar and orange juice

You can originally pickle onions in apple cider vinegar, adding orange juice to it. To prepare homemade blanks you will need:

  • 1 kg of small onions;
  • 1, 5 glasses of water;
  • a glass of water (for the marinade);
  • 1 liter of water (for brine);
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 glass of orange juice.

  2. Dissolve salt in a liter of hot water and pour onion with brine for 6 hours. Then drain the brine.
