- - whipped cream - 150 ml;

- - wheat flour - 110 g;

Step 1
First, prepare the profiteroles choux pastry. To do this, boil water, add butter (30 g), sugar, salt, flour (70 g), cook for ten minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the stove, beat three chicken eggs in turn (use a mixer), put the dough on a baking sheet in the form of profiteroles, cook for fifteen minutes at 190 degrees.
Step 3
Now prepare the chantilly cream. Mix three eggs with sugar (150 g) and flour (40 g). Boil milk, mix with vanilla seeds, pour into egg mixture, strain, cook for another ten minutes. Add 150 g butter at the end of cooking. Whisk in the cream, stir in the resulting vanilla cream.
Step 4
Decorate the plate with cream, fill the profiteroles with cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour melted chocolate. Dessert is ready for serving!
