It seems that delicious pasta and a thin waist are incompatible things, however, having prepared this dish, you will be convinced of the opposite.
It is necessary
- Per serving:
- 100 g of your favorite pasta;
- 100 g fresh salmon;
- 2 medium tomatoes;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 tsp vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp dried parsley (you can take fresh, as much as you like);
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan and throw chopped garlic into it. Brown a little over medium heat and send the tomatoes to it in cubes. Let's sweat for 10 minutes.
Step 2
We also cut the salmon into cubes, put it in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. Throw it back on a sieve, let the water drain (you can save a little if the sauce has boiled away a lot), combine with the sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes, until tender.
Serve immediately on preheated plates.
Bon Appetit!
