Step 1
Take white eggs, wash them thoroughly with a brush under running water and laundry soap. Rinse thoroughly. Break up and pour the contents into a separate plate. Peel the eggshells from the inner films and rinse.
Step 2
Place a pot of water on the fire. Boil it and put the egg shells to simmer for five minutes. Then drain the water. Place the shells on a plate and let them dry completely.
Step 3
Rub the shells in a porcelain or copper mortar. You should get a dusty powder. If desired, you can grind the shell in a coffee grinder. Store powder in a glass jar with a tightly closed lid. It cannot be stored in a plastic bag.
You can also use hard boiled egg shells. Peel the eggs taking care not to leave the white on the shell, then peel off any remaining inner shells of the egg. Grind in a mortar or coffee grinder.
Step 4
If you plan to use eggshells in the country, then you can take the shells of any color. It does not need to be boiled, removed from films and rubbed. It is enough just to grind a little.
