Candied jam is considered to be the jam in which sugar crystals have appeared. This happens due to the fact that a large amount of sugar was put into the jam or it is cooked from fruits and berries with low acidity.
Sugar Jam Wine
Jam with excess sugar can be used to make delicious dessert wine. To do this, you will need:
- 1 liter of jam;
- 1 liter of water;
- 50 g of raisins.
For wine, take a three-liter bottle, rinse it well with baking soda water and rinse with boiling water. Pour jam into it, add raisins and pour over everything with cooled boiled water.
