Pasta salad with zucchini and chanterelles can be a complete main course. It turns out hearty due to pasta, chanterelles go well with zucchini. Mushrooms should be pickled, and pasta is better in the form of bows.
It is necessary

- - 1 zucchini;
- - 1 can of pickled chanterelles;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the courgettes or zucchini into slices. If you are using zucchini, then peel it first. Season the zucchini with salt, fry in a dry grill pan. Then cool the zucchini a little and cut into strips.
Step 2
Boil the pasta until tender in slightly salted boiling water. It is advisable to pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into water before laying the pasta, then the pasta will not stick together. Throw the finished pasta into a colander, let the water drain. Transfer the pasta to a deep bowl and season with a little butter.
Step 3
Add chopped zucchini to the pasta. Remove the chanterelles from the jar, put them in a sieve so that all excess liquid from them is glass, then transfer the mushrooms to the main ingredients of our salad. Season with pepper to taste, you can add a little dried garlic, and for hot people - red chili.
Step 4
The pasta salad with zucchini and chanterelles is ready, put it in portions on plates, serve immediately as an appetizer or a full lunch snack. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
