Rolls with red fish are so tasty that they don't stay on the festive table for a long time. Salmon, trout or sockeye salmon are usually taken as red fish, and wrapped in pita bread with vegetables. But try making a salmon roll without pita bread.
It is necessary
- - 400 g salted salmon fillet;
- - 200 g of butter;
- - 400 g of crab sticks;
- - vegetable oil;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 1 lemon;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
It is more convenient to make a salmon roll on a cutting board. Lay cling film on it and spread with vegetable oil so that in the future the roll does not stick and curl easily.
Step 2
Cut the salmon fillets into thin slices and place in a layer on plastic wrap. Place with an overlap, and then lightly beat the fish with a kitchen hammer.
Step 3
Now it's the turn for butter. It had to be softened in advance at room temperature. Beat soft butter with a mixer until fluffy and spread over a layer of salmon.
Step 4
Next, add crab sticks to the salmon roll. They contain refined fish protein, potato starch, vegetable oil and various flavors. Crab sticks have a pleasant peculiar aroma and will go well with salmon in a fish roll.
Step 5
Divide the crab sticks into slices and lay them in a layer on top of the butter. Gently roll the salmon roll with cling film, then wrap it with it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 6
Remove the finished chilled roll, remove the film and cut into circles. Place the lettuce leaves on a platter with a salmon roll on them and serve, garnished with lemon circles and sprigs of herbs.
