There are many dishes from feta cheese, but this recipe seems to me more original than the others, and the taste is simply amazing. This dish belongs to the type of hot appetizer, although it can be eaten cold. I recognized him from a friend who had been to India.

- Cheese - 500 g.
- Ghee or butter - 50 g.
- Mustard seeds - 1 packet.
- Seasoning to taste.
- Greens to taste.
- Garlic to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the feta cheese into cubes with a side of about 1 cm and arrange them on the board so that later it is convenient to take them one or two at a time.
Step 2
Heat the frying pan with the oil until warm and try to quickly transfer the cheese into it so that the cubes lay flat.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium, lightly heat the cubes on one side, then stir until they are evenly fried.
Step 4
After 5-7 minutes (depending on the intensity of the fire on the stove) add mustard seeds, mix them with feta cheese, warm well and add seasonings to taste. The dish will be ready in 3 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, feta cheese can be sprinkled with herbs or grated garlic, or both, however, even without these ingredients, the snack is considered ready. In Indian cuisine, this snack is eaten without herbs and garlic.
