- - scallops - 600 g;
- - spinach - 300 g;
- - tomatoes - 200 g;
- - vegetable oil, sherry - 50 ml each;
- - ginger - 20 g;
- - sesame oil, soy sauce - 20 ml each;
- - green onions - 12 stems;
- - corn flour - 2 tsp;
- - one egg yolk.

Heat the oil in a wok.

Whip the egg white with corn flour, roll the scallops in it, fry in oil - one minute of frying will be enough.
Step 3
Remove the scallops, add sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, spinach, green onion stalks, chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger to the vegetable oil in a skillet.

Simmer the mixture for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix with scallops, serve immediately!
