  • - ginger - 20 g;
  • - sesame oil, soy sauce - 20 ml each;
  • - green onions - 12 stems;
  • - corn flour - 2 tsp;
  • - one egg yolk.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok.

Step 2

Whip the egg white with corn flour, roll the scallops in it, fry in oil - one minute of frying will be enough.

Step 3

Remove the scallops, add sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, spinach, green onion stalks, chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger to the vegetable oil in a skillet.
