Oven-baked pork ham with tender and juicy meat and crispy crust will be an excellent dish for a festive table. Pork glazed with honey and mustard can be served hot or cold, laid out on sandwiches.

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the pork leg before preparing this dish. To do this, for 6 liters of water, you will need 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 sticks of cloves, 3 tablespoons of black pepper, 6 tablespoons of table salt, 2 onions (chopped), 4 cloves of garlic (grated), juice and zest of 1 orange, 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger root, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Dip the pork leg into the resulting marinade. Place the container in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Before cooking, in 2-3 hours, lay out the pork so that it reaches room temperature.
Step 3
Place the pork leg in a high-sided, fireproof container. This condition is necessary, since juice will be released during the cooking process. Cover the pork leg with foil. Preheat the oven to 220-230 degrees. Roast the pork for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 4
Remove the container carefully from the oven. Remove the skin from the pork leg without damaging the fat layer. Let the meat cool slightly.
Step 5
Prepare the mustard and honey frosting. To do this, mix these ingredients until smooth.
Step 6
Place the slightly cooled ham on a clean dish. Pour the juice from the container in which the meat was baked. Cut the meat into shallow horizontal and vertical stripes (2-3 cm), creating a diamond pattern. Lubricate the entire surface of the pork leg with the finished glaze. At the intersection of the lines, stick carnations on the stick.
Step 7
Place the pork leg in a fireproof container. In an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees, bake the meat for 20-30 minutes.
