  • Butter - 25 g
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the chicken hearts and fill them with cold water, set them aside.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, crush a little, salt. Stir in finely chopped parsley and dill. Pour in 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and mix everything thoroughly. We leave this mixture for a while, so that the products "make friends with each other."
  3. Carefully wash the potatoes with a brush (since we will not peel them) and pick out the eyes, if necessary.
  4. Cut the potatoes into slices 3-5 mm thick and fry in 2 layers. tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown. Do not salt. Place in a baking dish.
