Young potatoes, chicken hearts, cheese and sour cream are a great and tasty combination.
You will need:
- Chicken heart - 500 g
- Potatoes - 6 pcs.
- Onion - 1 head
- Mushrooms - 6 pcs.
- Mozzarella cheese - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Dill - 0.5 bunch
- Parsley - 0.5 bunch
- Butter - 25 g
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
Cooking method:
- We wash the chicken hearts and fill them with cold water, set them aside.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings, crush a little, salt. Stir in finely chopped parsley and dill. Pour in 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and mix everything thoroughly. We leave this mixture for a while, so that the products "make friends with each other."
- Carefully wash the potatoes with a brush (since we will not peel them) and pick out the eyes, if necessary.
- Cut the potatoes into slices 3-5 mm thick and fry in 2 layers. tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown. Do not salt. Place in a baking dish.

- In the same pan where the potatoes were fried, fry the hearts and add the chopped mushroom legs to them.
- Put the pickled onions in a second layer on the potatoes.
- Put the fried hearts with mushrooms on the onion.
- Top with grated cheese. beautifully lay out the mushroom caps on the cheese and cover everything with herbs.
- Now we are preparing the gas station. Beat eggs, salt, sour cream and pepper. Fill our casserole with the resulting mixture.
