If you don't know what to do with mashed potatoes, then here's a simple solution for you - make a country potato pie. Due to the eggs, the dish will significantly increase in volume. By adding some meat products to the composition, you will make the pie even more satisfying.
It is necessary
- - meat products (ham, sausage, sausages, boiled meat, etc.) - 100 g;
- - sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
- - bulbs - 2 pcs;
- - eggs - 5 pcs;
- - mashed potatoes from 8 potatoes.

Step 1
