Delicious pie without any frills - delicate filling, cereal crust, sour cranberries, apple aroma. Sugar or powdered sugar is added to taste, since a rustic cake is already rich, aromatic, moderately sweet.

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 1 glass of 5 cereal flakes;
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of any fermented milk product;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • For filling:
  • - 3 large apples;
  • - a handful of fresh frozen cranberries.
  • To fill:
  • - 220 ml of any fermented milk product;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix together all the ingredients for the dough. If it turns out to be too dry for you, you can add a small amount of milk.

Step 2

Grease the baking dish with oil, put the dough in it in a fairly thin layer, form small sides. The dough will in theory be a little sticky, so spread it out with a little damp hands.

Step 3

Peel the apples, remove the cores, cut into thin slices. Place the apples on top of the dough, sprinkle with a handful of frozen cranberries. You can take other berries, but always with sourness.

Step 4

Now prepare the filling: mix the indicated amount of any fermented milk product (for example, kefir) with two chicken eggs and a spoonful of starch. You will get a liquid homogeneous mass, pour it on top of the berry filling of the rustic pie.

Step 5

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes. The cooking time may differ, so check the readiness of the cake yourself with a wooden stick - in the finished baked goods, the dough will not stick to the stick.

Step 6

You can serve the ready-made country pie with apples and cranberries both chilled and warm.
