Who doesn't like cabbage soup? Probably there are very few of them. After all, cabbage soup is a primordially Russian dish. The soup is made from meat, bacon or mushrooms. But the basis of this dish is cabbage, which can be in any form: sauerkraut or fresh.

- - 600 g of beef
- - 300 g champignons
- - pearl barley 3 tablespoons
- - 300 g cabbage
- - 1 tomato
- - bow 1 head
- - garlic 2 cloves
- - vegetable oil
- - 100 g sour cream
- - Bay leaf
- - greens
- - salt
- - pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the meat and place it in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until tender.
Step 2
Rinse the pearl barley, soak it for 1 hour.
Step 3
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and fry with the chopped onions.
Step 4
Put pearl barley and chopped mushrooms in broth with meat. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Chop cabbage and tomato, send them to soup. Put the sautéed carrots and onions in the broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Salt the soup, add garlic and herbs.
Step 7
Turn off the stove and let it brew for another 20 minutes. Place a spoonful of sour cream on each plate before serving.
