Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease a 26 cm baking dish with butter and sprinkle with a little flour.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer, add the egg and beat again. Add sour cream and vanilla sugar, stir. Then flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat everything with a mixer for 10 minutes. Put half of the dough into a mold.
Step 3
Stir in cottage cheese with egg and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Put on the dough in a mold. Spread the rest of the dough evenly on top with a large spoon.
Step 4
Bake for 40-60 minutes Pierce the pie with a toothpick in several places, if there is no sticky dough left on it, the pastry is ready.
Step 5
Free the finished cake from the mold and cool
