A very elegant, incredibly tender and delicious chocolate-curd cake is made mainly from products that can always be found in the house.
It is necessary
- For the test:

- - 200 g flour;
- - 180 g of sugar;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 125 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. cocoa spoons;
- - 125 ml of water;
- - salt;
- For the cream:
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 bag of vanilla pudding;
- - 100 g of sugar;
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder. Mash the yolks with one half of the sugar. Then add vegetable oil and water, mix until smooth.
Step 2
Whisk the whites with the other half of the sugar until fluffy. Then combine with the yolk mass. Add cocoa flour to the mixture. Pour the dough into a greased pan.
Step 3
Prepare the curd mass and transfer it to a pastry bag. Squeeze the curd mass over the chocolate, depicting cells.
Step 4
Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes. The chocolate dough should rise, and the curd mass should "drown" in the chocolate.
