Do you want to eat something tasty and healthy? Then turn your attention to the boiled liver salad. It can be cooked very quickly, and the taste will be unique at the same time. This salad is perfect for a festive table or as an everyday option.
It is necessary
- - greens - 20 g;
- - mayonnaise - 150 g;
- - pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs;
- - boiled eggs - 4 pcs;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - pork or beef liver - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the liver and then remove the skin from it. Better take beef liver. When it cools down, grate it and place it on a dish as the first layer. Spread the first layer with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut off the back, cut into small pieces with a sharp knife and fry a little in a pan until transparent and soft.
Step 3
Sprinkle the breaded onions over the liver and also spread with a thick layer of mayonnaise. In general, do not spare mayonnaise for each layer. Sprinkle with a medium-grated egg on top and add another layer of mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cut the pickled cucumbers into very small cubes. It is better to take those cucumbers that are pickled in vinegar - they are very good for this salad. Or use regular fresh, preferably young, cucumbers. Add another layer of mayonnaise on top.
Step 5
Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle the cooked boiled liver salad on top. Cover the salad with plastic and refrigerate for half an hour to soak the layers. Then you can cut the salad into portions and serve it along with, for example, cold milk and semi-sweet loaf, boiled potatoes, buckwheat, rice, sour cream, ketchup and any other sauces.
