- - 150 g of rice;

Instructions
Step 1
Semolina Pour milk into a saucepan, put on fire and bring milk to a boil. Do not use enamel dishes for cooking porridge. Pour semolina into the milk through a small sieve, stirring constantly. Reduce fire to minimum. Cook for about 2-4 minutes, remembering to stir the porridge thoroughly. Semolina porridge cooks so quickly because it is made from ground wheat grain. Then cover the dishes in which the semolina was cooked with a lid and leave for 5-10 minutes to completely swell and soften the cereal. Add butter, sugar, honey or jam to your taste to the semolina porridge.
Step 2
Oatmeal Bring the milk to a boil. Oatmeal can also be boiled in water. Add sugar and salt to taste. Pour oatmeal into boiling milk, stir. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes. Flakes are refined crushed cereals. In the process of special processing of grain, the groats are soft, thin, quickly boiled, but it loses many useful properties. In addition to oatmeal, porridge can be cooked from rice, buckwheat flakes. Pour refined olive oil into the finished porridge, stir, cover and leave to infuse for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Microwave Rice Porridge Wash the rice in running water. Pour the cereal into a microwave-safe container of 1.5-2 liters. Cover the rice with water and place in the microwave at full power. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water and pour the milk into the rice. Add sugar and salt. Stir the porridge and cover with a lid. Set the microwave power to medium. Cook the porridge for 5-8 minutes. Leave the cooked rice porridge for 5-10 minutes before eating.
