- - carrots - 1 pc;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - celery root - 100 g;
- - white bread - 2 pieces;
- - milk - 1/2 cup;

- - pepper.

Step 1
First you need to cook the fish broth. Meanwhile, while it is boiling, you need to pour the milk into a cup and soak the bread in it. After the broth is ready, put the boiled fish out of it and mix it with lightly squeezed bread. Transfer this mixture to a food processor and grind.
Step 2
Peel and chop one of the onions. Then preheat a skillet and fry it in it for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Break the egg and beat lightly. Add the beaten egg and sautéed onion to the minced fish. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and stir. Roll meatballs from the resulting mass in your hands, the diameter of which is approximately 2 centimeters.
Step 3
Cut the second onion and carrot into cubes. Bring broth to a boil, add vegetables and salt and pepper if needed. Cook for 10 minutes, then place the meatballs in it and cook for exactly the same amount. Fish soup with meatballs is ready!
