Many housewives like to bake whole meat in the oven. Such a dish does not require a long stay at the stove, so it is enough to limit yourself to minimal efforts. The simplest marinade for baking chops is a mixture of equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Rub the chops with this mixture before baking for 3-4 hours. You can add finely chopped garlic and spices to the meat marinade, for example, ground red and black pepper, basil, coriander. It is better not to add salt to the marinade so that the juice does not come out of the meat. Better to salt the chops just before putting them in the oven.

Mixing soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl makes a very aromatic and delicious chop marinade. Add your favorite spices to the sauce. There is no need to add salt as the soy sauce is quite salty. Place the chops in a deep bowl and top with the cooked marinade. If you have time, you can marinate the meat for about 3 hours. But in principle, you can cook the chops an hour after they have been marinated. Usually the pork, chicken or beef chops are sufficiently soaked in the marinade during this time.

Also popular meat chop marinade bases are wine, kefir and tomato juice. Take your prepared chops and place them in a deep ceramic, enamel, or glass dish. Add spices to the meat and salt to taste. Black and red peppers, rosemary, coriander, ginger, cloves, bay leaves, mustard and basil are suitable for marinating meat. Cut the onions into half rings and add them to the chops. Remember a little meat and onions with your hands, so that the onions give juice. You can also add garlic passed through a press to the meat. If you decide to marinate the meat in wine, pour over the chops with white or red wine at the rate of 1 glass of wine per 1 kg of meat. You can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to a glass of wine. Marinade for kefir chops is prepared at the rate of half a glass of kefir and half a glass of mineral water per 1 kilogram of meat. It is not necessary to add mineral water, you can do with one glass of kefir. To marinate chops in tomato juice, you must use only pure tomato juice or tomato paste diluted in water. The amount of juice is calculated in the same way - for 1 kg of meat, 1 glass of juice. After you have poured the marinade on the chops, mix the meat thoroughly, close the dishes with a lid and set to marinate for 3-4 hours.
