- Milk - 1l.,
- Flour - 300 gr.,
- Eggs - 3 pcs.,
- Salt - ½ tbsp. spoons,
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon,
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
- Filling:
- Minced meat - 500 gr.,
- Onions - 1 pc.,
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons,
- Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon
- Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the pancakes. Sift flour. Heat the milk in a saucepan to room temperature. Slowly add milk to flour, stirring well. Beat eggs, add to flour, stir. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Stir the dough well (preferably with a mixer) until the lumps disappear. The dough should be thin enough to make thin pancakes. Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated pan, fry the pancakes.
Step 2
For the minced meat, finely chop the onion. Preheat a frying pan, simmer the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Put the minced meat, salt and pepper, add the basil, mix thoroughly. After 5 minutes, add 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water. Let the filling cool slightly.
Step 3
Put 1, 5 tablespoons of the filling on the pancake, roll up a roll or envelope. Serve with sour cream or herbs.
