Green dumplings will look very original on the table. In addition, they are more useful than ordinary ones, since greens are present in the dough.
It is necessary
- - flour - 600 g;

- - water - 200 ml;
- - salt - 1.5 tsp;
- - spinach - 50 g;
- - salmon fillet - 500 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. We wash the spinach, remove the coarse stems. Grind with a blender.
Step 2
Sift flour, add salt, egg, water and spinach puree. Knead the tough dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 30 minutes. The dough is ready.
Step 3
Cooking the filling. Boil the fish until tender (about 15 minutes). Scroll fish, onions and garlic through a meat grinder. Mix, add lemon juice. Salt and pepper.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll one piece into a thin layer (about 5 mm). We visually divide the layer in half. We put on one half of 1 tsp. fillings at a distance of about 3-3, 5 cm. Cover with the second half of the dough. Cut out the mugs with a glass with a glass, press the edges. In the same way, we make dumplings from the second half of the dough. Part of the dumplings can be boiled, and the other part can be put on a tray and frozen.
Step 5
Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. The dish is ready!
