Everyone knows how healthy fish is. It is very easily absorbed by the body, moreover, it contains many useful elements, for example, phosphorus. Dumplings, as you know, are a "heavy" product, and all due to the fact that they contain both dough and meat at the same time. This dish can be made much "easier" if you replace meat with fish. I suggest you make green salmon dumplings.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 600 g;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - water - 1 glass;
- - fine sea salt;
- - a large bunch of parsley - 1 pc;
- - salmon fillet - 500 g;
- - onion - 1 pc;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first you need to wash the parsley, then dry it. Put it in a blender, add 3 tablespoons of water. Thus, the parsley should be mashed.
Step 2
Next, pour flour into a cup, add salt, an egg and the rest of the water to it. Then pour the parsley puree into the mixture. Knead the dough from this mass. Once it's ready, cover it with a pre-moistened towel and leave it that way for half an hour.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and boil. Then put the salmon fillets in it and cook for 15 minutes. After the fish is cooked, put it in a bowl, let it cool, and then use a fork to mash it until puree. Add chopped onion and garlic, lemon juice to the resulting mass, and also sprinkle with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Divide the green dough in half. Roll out one of the parts so that you get a thin layer. Divide it mentally into two halves. Put the minced salmon on one of them with a teaspoon so that there is a distance of at least 3 centimeters between the filling. Cover the filling with the other half so that the edges are pressed against it.
Step 5
Take a small glass. Use it to cut out circles on the dough where the filling is. Perform all of the above actions until the minced meat and dough are over. Green dumplings with salmon are ready!
