Preparation: pour oil into a preheated pan and fry coarsely chopped garlic in it until golden brown, then add tuna and fry it with garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add peeled and finely chopped tomatoes to tuna and garlic. Season with pepper, salt, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Chop the herbs and add to the previous ingredients along with the olives.
