Ingredients:
- 200 ml of soy milk;
- 100 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed);

Preparation:
Mix honey and orange juice with milk. Rinse the orange thoroughly and grate the zest from it, chop it additionally and add to the milk-honey mixture. Toss with chia seeds. Serve with berries or fruit pieces.
Dessert with chia and bananas
Ingredients:
- 100 g creamy yogurt;
- 100 g of milk;
- 20 g chia seeds;
- 20 g cocoa powder;
- 1 banana;
- honey to taste.
Preparation:
Combine milk, honey, yogur, cocoa and chia seeds. Put the resulting mass in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Remove and whisk lightly until fluffy. Divide the dessert into portioned bowls. Peel the banana and cut into round slices. Garnish the dessert and serve immediately, until the banana slices are browning.
