What is the danger of champignons
Any mushrooms by their nature are very heavy foods, they take a long time to digest, load the stomach and auxiliary organs of the digestive system. On the one hand, the use of champignons has a beneficial effect on the pancreas. On the other hand, if you eat these mushrooms very actively, regularly and in large quantities, you can provoke a deterioration in well-being and the development of an inflammatory process in the pancreas.
