Oatmeal is a popular dish among fans of proper nutrition. What is this special pancake? In fact, this is an omelet with the addition of oatmeal. There are various cooking options, as well as many options for fillings for it. Oatmeal is a very balanced breakfast option thanks to its ingredients, protein and complex carbohydrates.
It is necessary
- Consider the most basic option for 2 pancakes:
- 1. chicken eggs - 2 pieces.
- 2. oatmeal -2 tablespoons.
- 3. milk - 30 ml.
- 4. salt, seasonings - to taste.
- For filling:
- Option 1: curd cheese, herbs, tomato and cucumber.
- Option 2: cut the banana into rings.

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine and whisk all ingredients with a fork or blender.

Pour half into a pre-heated skillet. When frying, the oatmeal is thicker than regular pancakes. I added dill greens to the remaining mixture.
