Oatmeal is a favorite morning treat for many people. However, cooking oatmeal by heat treatment (boiling, etc.) makes it less useful. When porridge is languishing, it retains more natural micro- and macroelements, thereby making it truly life-giving.
It is necessary
- - oat flakes;
- - water;
- - cinnamon;
- - raisins;
- - unrefined vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the water, but do not boil it. The water must be heated to a temperature of about 90 degrees (Celsius), that is, removed from the stove shortly before the moment when it begins to boil. It is best to use spring or melt water, but filtered tap water will also work.
Step 2
Pour the required amount of oatmeal into the crockery. It is more convenient to use cylindrical dishes (for example, a mug or cup), from which you can immediately eat porridge. Try not to use instant oatmeal as it has already been cooked and contains less fiber and micronutrients.
Step 3
Add some raisins to the cereal. Raisins will make your oatmeal much tastier and healthier. Pre-rinse it with cool water. If raisins are not available, replace them with other dried fruits (to taste).
Step 4
Fill the entire contents of the bowl with cereals and raisins with the prepared water 1 to 2 cm and cover the dishes with a lid or a small plate on top. Let the porridge brew for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Open a bowl of porridge and let it cool slightly. Do not eat hot porridge - it is much healthier to eat it warm.
Step 6
Add a little cinnamon (to taste) and lightly drizzle the oil over the porridge. It is better to use unrefined oil (first pressed), as it contains more nutrients, such as flaxseed or olive oil.
Step 7
Stir the porridge and it's ready to eat. Bon Appetit.
