They supply us with energy - so choose those carbohydrates that will supply energy for as long as possible.

Traditional suppliers of "long-playing" carbohydrates are cereals. Cereals are usually used to make cereals and flour. Groats are used to prepare a variety of cereals for breakfast, and this is the most correct source of carbohydrates. Dairy products for breakfast will provide protection from stress during the day. At the same time, replace office coffee with yogurt, kefir or fermented baked milk - the benefits will be undeniable. Cottage cheese poured with yogurt, honey, jam goes well in the morning.

Make sandwiches for breakfast if neither porridge nor milk breakfast suits you. But a regular sandwich may not be enough, especially if you are using premium flour bread. This flour has been purified from many useful substances. Use wholemeal, bran, or multigrain bread. Loafs are very useful and rich in microelements and fiber - they are perfect as a base for sandwiches.

The classic breakfast of eggs has not yet been canceled. A soft-boiled egg is boiled for a minute, and when eaten with a healthy sandwich, it will provide you with not only the protein, but the lecithin contained in the yolk. And lecithin is the best remedy for cholesterol deposits in blood vessels.

And, of course, fruits or vegetables are a great breakfast. Fruit plus fruit juice, vegetable salad plus vegetable juice are vitamins, flavonoids, and ballast substances. And the energy of useful plants is everything for you!
