Optimal time for dinner
It is believed that you should have dinner at least 4 hours before bedtime. However, if you go to bed deep after midnight, your last meal should be before 20:00. The fact is that in the evening all processes in the body slow down, as a result of which food simply may not be completely absorbed. And this is already fraught with the fact that some of it will be deposited in problem areas, for example, on the stomach or buttocks.
This is facilitated by the fact that the evening is usually less active than the morning and afternoon. Few people go after dinner to play sports, physically work or even just go for a walk. Therefore, the calories consumed at the evening meal will not be expended in full.
