Step 1
First, we take the meat and rinse it thoroughly.

Then we take the pulp of beef, lamb or young horse meat, cut into pieces 2 cm wide and 4 cm long and fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Put the fried pieces of meat in a saucepan, salt to taste, pepper, put chopped fried onions, fill with broth, add a spoonful of pureed tomato or chopped fresh tomato and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Fried until half cooked in large slices or cubes, put in a saucepan with meat, add peeled from the skin and grains, cut into slices and well-boiled pickled cucumbers, simmer until cooked over low heat.

Stir the prepared basics, put them on plates, sprinkle with herbs and chopped garlic, then put them on the table.
