It is necessary

  • - beef - 0.5 kg;
  • - pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • - fresh champignons - 300 g;
  • - shallots - 3 pcs.;
  • - celery root - 100 g;
  • - sour cream - 150 g;
  • - flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • - tomato - 1 pc.;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the meat from the freezer in advance to thaw. Rinse the beef piece in running water, cut into oblong cubes.

Step 2

Wash the champignons, pat dry with paper towels. Then chop into small cubes. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, then divide into wedges.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan over high heat. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil, heat. Lay out the chopped beef cubes, fry for 2-3 minutes, turning constantly. Subsequently, reduce the heat to medium. Cover the dishes with meat with a lid, simmer the product for 20-25 minutes. The liquid in the pan should be constant. Top up if necessary.

Step 4

Peel and wash the celery root. Cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, chop it finely. Fry the vegetables with the oil in a separate skillet. After five minutes, add pieces of champignons to them, cook until the liquid evaporates.

Step 5

Combine the onion mixture with the meat, add chopped cucumbers and flour. After mixing the composition, pour in a glass of drinking water. Don't forget to add sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir the food and simmer for a while, covered. Reduce fire to minimum.

Step 6

After 15 minutes, add the chopped tomato to the pan, simmer the whole composition for 5-10 minutes. Serve cooked beef with cucumbers and mushrooms in the Tatar style in Azu style hot.
