  • - ham - 75 g;
  • - smoked brisket - 75 g;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - sour cream - 200 g.

Step 1

Combine pre-sifted flour and vegetable oil in a loose bowl. Mash fresh yeast, then combine with granulated sugar and warm milk. Add the flour mixture to this mass. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough. Then place it in a deep-bottomed cup, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, prepare the filling for the future pie. With wild garlic, do this: rinse thoroughly and dry. Then grind, removing the white part. Put it in a skillet with butter and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cut the cheese into cubes and mix with the beaten chicken eggs. There, add sour cream, chopped ham and brisket, as well as stewed wild garlic. Mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Step 3

Roll out the finished dough with a rolling pin and place in a baking dish covered with a sheet of parchment. Shape the sides of the cake. Their height should be 2 centimeters.

Place the finished filling on the dough, spreading and leveling it over the entire surface. Heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the dish wrapped in cling foil into it for about 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the foil and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
