Fresh wild garlic is not only very tasty, it also pleases with the richness of nutrients. Therefore, it is recommended to eat this type of greens more often in order to get the maximum benefit. And so that the wild garlic does not become boring, you can prepare various salads from it.
Egg salad with wild garlic
The salad is prepared very quickly, it turns out to be quite satisfying.
We will need:
- 4 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- 2 bunches of wild garlic;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt.
Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Sort out wild garlic, rinse, chop finely. Cool the boiled eggs, peel, cut into cubes, mix with herbs. Season the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and stir.
Recipe for tomato salad with wild garlic
You will make this salad in ten minutes. It will turn out to be very light, suitable for fasting days.
We will need:
- a bunch of wild garlic;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 3 green onion feathers;
- a couple of sprigs of dill;
- sea salt, sesame seeds.
Rinse greens and vegetables, chop finely, sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, mix. Salad ready. If you want, you can add a spoonful of oil (olive) to it so that the salad is not so dry.
Wild garlic and cucumber salad recipe
This salad also turns out to be very tasty. Another variation of the salad with wild garlic is to add fresh spinach instead of cucumbers (as you prefer).
We will need:
- 150 g wild garlic;
- 5 eggs;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 100 ml of mayonnaise;
- 2 potatoes;
- salt.
Boil eggs and potatoes, peel, cut into cubes. Rinse the wild garlic, sort out, chop. Peel the cucumbers, chop into thin strips. Now combine all the salad ingredients in a convenient bowl, season with mayonnaise, season with salt.
