- 1 head of red onion;
- a bunch of watercress;
- soy sauce - 4 teaspoons;
- rice vinegar - 4 tablespoons;
- olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
- At the first stage of preparing the salad, rub the red onion on a fine grater.
- Wash the apple, peel it and rub it on a coarse grater. Mixed with onions.
- Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar to the mixture. After the granulated sugar has dissolved, add olive oil.
