- Cow's milk - ½ l;
- Flour - 5-6 tablespoons;
- Sunflower oil - ½ cup;
- Soda;
- Sugar, salt to taste.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Buckwheat - 1 glass;
- Onions - 1 pc;
- Butter - for frying;
- Fat - 50 g.
Preparation:
- Rinse the buckwheat in cold water, add cold water and boil the porridge - a mess. Peel and finely dice the onions.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and add to it finely chopped or twisted bacon in a meat grinder. When the bacon is melted, add the chopped onion to the pan and fry it. Add buckwheat porridge to the finished onion and mix everything thoroughly. Set aside the finished filling and start making pancakes.
- Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar and soda to them. Beat the eggs well, gradually pouring in milk (about half the norm or slightly less). Pour flour into the resulting mixture, knead well until the lumps disappear. Then pour in sunflower oil and gradually pouring in the remaining milk, knead the dough until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
- Put a frying pan on the stove and heat it. Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with lard or pour a drop of vegetable oil. When frying pancakes, you do not need to grease the pan, since the oil has already been added to the dough. If the pancakes stick, the pan must be ignited with salt.
- After all the pancakes are fried, they need to be stuffed with cooked buckwheat filling. You can serve such stuffed pancakes as a main course or just for tea.
