  3. Onions - 2 medium onions
  4. Tomato - 2 pcs. middle
  5. Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
  6. Salt, spices
  7. Mayonnaise - optional

Preparation

Defrost fillet, wash and cut into portions.

Marinate fish in spices and salt. This will be a dietary or children's option. If you are not used to limiting calories, then add mayonnaise to the marinade. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes - an hour.

At this time, peel the onions and carrots. Three carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion. If you cook according to the dietary option, then we leave the vegetables raw, if according to the second - we fry them in vegetable oil - be sure to separately. We cut the tomato.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
