It is necessary

  • For six servings:
  • - 700 g salmon fillet;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 bunches of green onions;
  • - 5 slices of lemon;
  • - 5 sprigs of fresh dill;
  • - 1 sprig of chopped dill;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

The total cooking time for salmon in foil is only 40 minutes, of which 15 minutes is preparation. Be sure to set the oven to preheat to 230 degrees in advance. Grease two large sheets of foil with oil.

Step 2

Rinse the salmon fillet thoroughly, place on a sheet of foil, sprinkle with pepper, salt, chopped garlic and chopped fresh dill. Place fresh lemon slices on top, and a sprig of fresh dill on each slice. Sprinkle generously on top with chopped green onions (do not spare it - it gives the dish a unique flavor).

Step 3

Cover the prepared fish on top with a second sheet of foil, pinch well, tuck the edges so that juice does not leak out of the foil and small ingredients do not fall out of the foil during cooking. Place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, place in the oven.

Step 4

Bake salmon fillets in foil for 20-25 minutes at specified temperature. A sign of a ready-made fish - salmon is easily divided into pieces with a fork. You can serve directly on the foil, always hot. Use boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish - this side dish always goes well with baked fish.
