Fish "on lemon"

To prepare such a dish, you will need medium-sized fish, fish seasoning, lemon and fresh herbs.

First you need to rinse the fish very well. Then remove the scales from it. The head and fins are cut off. After that, the fish is washed again. Leave it to dry.

Then put the washed and dried fish carcass on a cutting board. Make several cross-sections on the fish.

After you finish this simple procedure, wipe the fish with salt on both sides. You can also use pepper seasoning to taste.

Cover the foil with strips of lemon slices. On top, put the carcass of the fish itself, which was previously salted. If desired, you can add a slice of lemon to the cuts on the fish. Cover all this with fresh herbs and wrap in foil.

Then the fish in foil is placed on a baking sheet and placed in the oven. The oven must be preheated to a maximum of two hundred degrees, then put the dish there, and then the fish will begin to bake evenly.

After the end of cooking, the fish should be especially tender and soft.

Classic baking

To prepare fish baked in foil, we need one carcass of fish weighing up to one kilogram, lemon, wine vinegar, parsley, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

As in the previous version, the fish carcass must first be thoroughly rinsed and dried. You can also use a towel for these purposes. The fish should be rubbed with salt and pepper to taste. After that, sprinkle the fish with juice from lemon slices, pour a little and wine vinegar. Chop the herbs finely. Sprinkle the chopped greens inside the fish.

Put a leaf of foil on the table, brush it thoroughly with vegetable oil. In this case, vegetable oil is often replaced with margarine or butter. Place the fish carcass on greased foil and wrap.

When wrapping a fish carcass, you must remember that you need to wrap it up as if in a bag. In this case, you need to pay attention to the fact that juice does not flow out of it. The tips of the foil itself are folded upward.

The resulting bags must be put on a baking sheet and placed in a preheated oven. The baking time is approximately half an hour.

After the fish is finally baked, it is freed from the foil. This is done with the utmost care, as it makes the fish especially soft and tender.

Pour oil over the finished dish. It is best to serve fish stew in foil with vegetables.
