- - 50 g olives;
- - 1 lemon;
- - zest of one lemon;
- - 10 g of greens (parsley, tarragon);

Step 1
Wash a piece of salmon, free it from the skin, for cooking you need only clean fillet. On a fine grater, grate the zest of one lemon, it will be needed for the marinade. Cut the lemon pulp into small cubes. The olives should also be finely chopped.
Step 2
Next, you need to prepare the greens. Separate the stems of parsley and tarragon and finely chop the leaves. Stir olives, lemon, zest and herbs, pepper and salt. Take the prepared salmon fillet and make cuts in the form of a grid, just short of reaching the edges.

Put the mixture in the incisions. Gently transfer the stuffed salmon fillet to the steamer. Cooking time 20 minutes. Salmon with olives is ready.
