Liquor.

Take 50 g of ground coffee, fill it with a glass of water and bring to a boil. Pour the coffee into a jar, close the lid tightly and leave for a day. Prepare a large pot and strain the coffee into it. Add 1 liter of vodka and 250 g of sugar. Cook the contents of the pot over the fire until the sugar dissolves. Cool the resulting mixture and strain through cheesecloth. Pour the liquor into bottles and store in a cool place for a few days. The more time the liquor stays in a cool place, the more aromatic it will be.

Step 3

Tincture with pepper.

Add 3 tablespoons to the vodka bottle. honey, a few black peppercorns, coriander, cloves and one hot pepper pod. Mix everything thoroughly and close the lid tightly. Leave the bottle in a dark place for 48 hours. Strain the tincture into a clean bottle. Refrigerate before use.
